Animé comes in full-length feature films?
Yes it does!
And this month, we’ll be showing a movie that’s great for the entire family!
All ages are welcome to join us monthly for (dubbed) Japanese animation.
We’ll also be meeting on April 4 at 2 p.m. to watch a Miyazaki feature film.
What is animé? The word ‘animé’ means “animated cartoon” in Japanese. Outside of Japan, the term refers to any animated show or movie that uses aspects of Japanese-style animation, such as vibrant colors, dramatic panning, and characteristic facial expressions.
