The private-funding thermometer rose by $32,400 in October, bringing the total to $125,178, or 81.2 percent of the goal.

Service income, which includes cash receipts for lost and damaged items, printing/copying, and room rentals totaled $1,056, with sales in the Friends’ Book Nook generating $625 in October.
