All Neal Page (Steve Martin) wanted was to get home for Thanksgiving. With his flight cancelled due to bad weather, he decides to try other means of transportation and winds up sharing the journey with Del Griffith (John Candy), a clumsy but lovable shower-curtain-ring salesman and all-around blabbermouth.
