The library offers notary services, free of charge, by appointment only for the residents of our community (Emmaus, Macungie borough, Upper Milford township) with the following guidelines: Please call the library at 610-965-9284 to make an appointment, indicating the type of notarization requested. The person requesting notarization must personally appear before the Notary at the time of the notarization. Valid photo identification is required, such as driver’s license, government issued non-driver ID card, passport or other form of government identification providing it is current and contains a signature or a photograph.
